- Who is an active degree candidate; and,
- In the Faculty of Arts & Sciences, the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, or a Professional School?
If yes to all, then you may be eligible.
Are you a Harvard employee…
- With a HUID; and,
- Employed at Harvard with a status of active, on paid leave, or on unpaid leave; and,
- Harvard-paid; and,
- In one of these Employee Classes?

C - Temporary Academic
E - Intern
F - Senior Faculty
G - Graduate Students
I - TAs, Other Staff
J - Junior Faculty
L - Part Time Service & Trade
N - External Post Docs NHR
O - Other Academic

If yes to all, then you may be eligible.
If no, then you may still qualify if you are a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard with one of the following job codes: 069591, 000949, 061019, 069599, 069649.
Are you a household member of an eligible Harvard employee…
- Who is sponsored by an eligible Harvard employee who is already on the WATCH Portal; and,
- Enrolled full-time in high school or college/university?
If yes to all, then you may be eligible.
Role Eligibility
Eligible employees and students can post a job and/or find a job on the WATCH Portal based on the following eligibility criteria:
- Employees (staff and faculty) can post jobs
- Students can both post jobs and look for jobs (i.e., be a caregiver, tutor/mentor, or odd-jobber)
- Employees (staff and faculty) can sponsor their household members
- Household members can only look for jobs (i.e., be a caregiver, tutor/mentor, or odd-jobber)
In the case of a user with multiple roles (e.g., student and employee), the user will have access to all of the functionality for each of their roles.
